Lewis XV Style Bureau Plat
A superb quality and highly decorated Lewis XV style walnut and ormolu mounted Bureau plat. The leathered top with a walnut border and brass mounts over three working drawers to one side and three dummy drawers to the reverse having magnificently cast ormolu mounts and handles. Supported on cabriole legs decorated with superbly cast figures and ormolu mounts to the base of the legs. In lovely original condition and having good colour and patination. The central drawer stamped L.Gleizes.
