We source good quality antiques and period furniture and are always delighted to acquire the more unusual or rare items especially if they come with any history or provenance.  Recent purchases include Agatha Christie's original writing table from her London Mews home, Count Labinski's Grand Piano from the Wyastone Leys estate incorporating Nimbus records and a wonderful Sideboard and Screen from the Althorp Collection (the ancestral home of Princess Diana).

Handmade Furniture

Our range of traditional furniture is entirely handmade to order in our Norwich workshops in the UK, by our dedicated team of highly skilled craftsmen who create furniture of unparalleled quality, using only the finest materials available.  A close scrutiny of our furniture will reveal the painstaking attention to design, detail and finish.  Our furniture is entirely hand polished using traditional French polishing techniques and is aged and lightly distressed to create a superb antique finish that will not fail to impress the most discerning of buyers.

The styles illustrated on this site are directly influenced by some of the great cabinet makers from the 18th and 19th centuries.  By employing traditional methods of construction and finishing, we are able to capture the charm and appeal of an era renowned for its fine furniture.
